Is there a free trial?

No free trial, but every plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If we don't meet your expectations within 30 days of signup, email support@myprivacyback.com and we will refund the full amount paid.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We continue removing your data through the period you've paid for, then stop and delete your profile.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

We retain your profile information only as long as your subscription is active. On cancellation we stop sending new removal requests and delete your stored personal data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.

Can I switch between Solo and Family?

Yes. You can upgrade Solo to Family at any time — we'll prorate. Downgrading Family to Solo takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Are there taxes on top of the listed price?

EU customers: prices shown are net; local VAT will be added at checkout (typically 19–25% depending on your country). US customers: state sales tax may apply in some jurisdictions.
